Оказывается, что нет. Вот на Вики есть список игр для 3DS с разбивкой по регионам:
. В eShop тоже по разному выходят. Есть игры, которые выходили только на картриджах или были удалены из eShop.

"Buy it from videogamesplus.ca, I cannot recommend them highly enough, their customer service is exceptional. If you are nice they will even let you ship physical Club Nintendo rewards to them and they will forward them to you, or send your US hardware in for repair on your behalf. They'll try to minimise customs charges as well."

Интересно, а были случаи блокировки консолей? Знаю, что отвязать проблемно, если б/у покупать, а вот за Mii ничего не слышал.

Еще вот вспомнил, что обещали объединить Mii для Wii U и 3DS, что также даст возможность использования нескольких 3DS под одним аккаунтом. Это так? Или тут доля лукавства?
